Microsoft and OpenAI have entered into a new agreement
Microsoft has announced a deal with OpenAI so that the creator of ChatGPT can restructure into a public benefit corporation, after which Microsoft will own approximately 27% of the company.
As part of the new agreement, Microsoft will also get access to OpenAI's artificial intelligence technologies until 2032.
